Sahabet Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Sahabet ("we", "us", "the platform") governing your access to and use of the Sahabet online gaming platform available at sahabet.club and through the Sahabet mobile application.

Sahabet operates as a licensed online gaming platform. By accessing the platform, you confirm that online gaming is not prohibited in your jurisdiction and that you are accessing the platform of your own free will. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of Sahabet complies with the laws applicable in your location.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through Sahabet, including but not limited to live casino games, slot games, fishing games, poker, and any other gaming products available on the platform now or in the future. Specific game rules may supplement these Terms where applicable.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use a Sahabet account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Sahabet does not permit minors to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person registering on your own behalf. Corporate accounts or accounts registered on behalf of another person are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process.
• You must not already hold an active or previously closed Sahabet account. One account per person, household, device, and IP address is the limit.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by Sahabet or any affiliated gaming platform.
• Online gaming must not be prohibited by the laws of the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform.

Sahabet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. This includes but is not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold one Sahabet account only. If Sahabet identifies that a player holds multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or through any other means of detection — all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances or pending withdrawals associated with those accounts may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Sahabet account. This includes all bets placed, all deposits made, and all personal information submitted. You must keep your login credentials confidential and must not share your username or password with any other person.

Sahabet will never contact you to ask for your password. If you receive any communication claiming to be from Sahabet and requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

• You must update your account information promptly if any details change.
• You must not use your Sahabet account for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.
• Commercial use of the platform, including operating a betting syndicate or acting as an agent for other players, is strictly prohibited.
• You must not use automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Sahabet platform in any way.

4 Deposits & Payments

Sahabet accepts deposits through the approved payment methods listed in the cashier section of your account. These methods are selected to work reliably for players in Bangladesh and are subject to change. The current list of accepted payment methods is always available in your account dashboard.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Sahabet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from a payment source that does not match the account holder's verified identity, the deposit may be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Sahabet does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits are credited to your Sahabet account balance once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider.
• Sahabet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on Sahabet are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible. This policy exists as part of Sahabet's anti-money laundering compliance obligations. In some cases, Sahabet may request additional verification before processing a withdrawal.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section.
• Sahabet aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the payment policy, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status.
• Sahabet reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.

Sahabet does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees, which are outside Sahabet's control.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Sahabet offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated at the point the offer is presented. These general bonus terms apply to all offers unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

• Bonus funds are separate from real money funds in your account. Real money is used first when placing bets, unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in cancellation of the bonus and may result in account closure.
• Sahabet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players who have self-excluded or set deposit limits that prevent them from meeting bonus conditions are not eligible for bonuses during the period of those restrictions.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the Sahabet platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. These Terms apply in addition to individual game rules. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific game's rules, the game rules take precedence for matters specific to that game.

Sahabet uses certified random number generation (RNG) systems for digital games and live physical equipment for live dealer games. Game outcomes are not manipulated by Sahabet. The house edge applicable to each game type is disclosed in the game information section.

• Bets placed and confirmed are final. Sahabet does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed bets except in cases of a verified technical error.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, the round may be voided and stakes returned to the player's account.
• Sahabet reserves the right to void bets or game results where there is evidence of technical malfunction, software error, or any form of cheating or collusion.
• Players must not use any software, strategy, or method designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.

8 Responsible Gaming

Sahabet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following tools are available to all registered players through the account settings section:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Session time reminders and automatic session time limits
• Cooling-off periods (temporary account suspension)
• Self-exclusion (permanent or time-limited account closure)

Players who choose to self-exclude agree not to attempt to open new accounts or circumvent the exclusion in any way during the exclusion period. Sahabet will take reasonable steps to enforce self-exclusions but cannot guarantee that all access attempts will be blocked, particularly where a player provides false information.

9 Privacy & Data

Sahabet collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Sahabet uses your personal data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform. Sahabet does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory bodies where required.

10 Account Termination

You may close your Sahabet account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any real money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

Sahabet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
• Holding multiple accounts
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions
• Use of automated software or bots on the platform
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated without valid cause

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, Sahabet reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited.

11 Limitation of Liability

Sahabet provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While Sahabet takes all reasonable steps to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from errors at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sahabet's liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the amount of real money funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises. Sahabet is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of the platform.

• Sahabet is not responsible for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Sahabet is not responsible for losses arising from a player's failure to keep their account credentials secure.
• Sahabet is not responsible for any tax obligations that arise from a player's winnings in their jurisdiction.

12 Changes to Terms

Sahabet reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Sahabet will notify registered players via email or through an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the Sahabet platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should close your account before the changes take effect.
